Salmon, Spinach and Feta Cheese

This is my breakfast this morning.  2 egg omelet, stuffed with Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, spinach sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil and garlic.  used Kerrygold butter for the omelet. Delicious, and healthy with 2 servings of vegetables, with only 7 grams of carbohydrates--all coming from real food.
