Your partner in lifelong health & performance
I’m Dr. Robert Oh — a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician passionate about evidence-based medicine, injury prevention, and helping you thrive through lifestyle changes.
WHO AM I?
Physician, researcher, and patient — all in one
In 2011, I was diagnosed with prediabetes. Rather than defaulting to medication, I committed to understanding the science and reversing my condition through lifestyle changes. That personal journey transformed how I practice medicine.
Today I work with patients to do the same — combining rigorous evidence-based research with practical strategies for nutrition, fitness, and long-term health.
This includes use of medicines, injections and orthobiologics and a healthy conversation on the use and limitations of these powerful modalities.
